We obtain data directly from you or automatically when you use the website. If you submit an enquiry on behalf of a company, we also process the contact details of the company representative.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:

- Messaging platforms: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, Messenger), if you contact us through these channels.
- Partners involved in fulfilling your order: e.g. subcontractors or carriers, where necessary to perform the contract.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We conclude agreements with data processors requiring them to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may also process data outside the EU / EEA, including in the United States. In such cases, data is transferred only with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- request the correction of inaccurate or the completion of incomplete data;
- request the erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no legal basis for further processing;
- request the restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive the data you have provided in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, email ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt). However, we recommend contacting us first – we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.
7. Data security
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure: encrypted connections (SSL), access limited to employees who need the data for their work, password protection and regular software updates.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Use of artificial intelligence (AI)
In accordance with the transparency requirements of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of 13 June 2024 (the Artificial Intelligence Act), MB „Turėklita“ explains how AI tools are used on this website.
- Texts. Some website texts (articles, product and service descriptions) may be prepared with the help of AI tools. All such texts are reviewed and edited by our staff before publication, and we take responsibility for them.
- Images. Some illustrations (e.g. visualisations of railings, stairs or interior solutions) may be created or modified using AI tools. Such images are labelled “DI vizualizacija” (AI visualisation) and are not photos of work we have carried out.
- Completed projects. Photos of projects we have completed are genuine. They may be adjusted using standard tools (brightness, colour, cropping), but the products or properties themselves are not altered by AI.
- Communication. Enquiries received via the website chat buttons, contact form, email or phone are answered by our staff, not by an AI system.
- Decisions and personal data. We do not use AI tools to make any decisions that significantly affect you. Prices, offers and contract terms are always set and approved by our staff. We do not upload your personal data (name, contact details, address, photos of your property) to public AI tools.
- Accuracy. AI visualisations and descriptions are for information purposes only. The final price, dimensions and solutions are determined only after measuring and an individual offer.
